Psychology: Chupi likes to play his ukulele or other instruments. He is nearly always happy. He likes going on the scene with his friends, the Electric Rocking Band. He does become scared very easy. He likes all good (or less good) jokes. He comes from a Pokémon village.
Story: When Chupi was young, he was a relly big fan of the rock band of the city. Especially the guitarist. He got his autograph and even went to play and sing with him! But when they had to go to a bigger city to come further with their music, Chupi was sad. Now he couldn't visit them every day. When they were just about to leave, the guitarist gave Chupi an ukulele. Chupi was very happy of the present. Already that evening, he started play it. He wasn't very good, but he continued practicing until he was very good. One day when he was practicing, an Elekid was looking at him from the window on the other side of the street. Chupi asked him if he wanted to play with him. Then Elekid answered that he couldn't play an instrument. Chupi said that he could play the drums, because that is easy. Elekid tried to play the drums, and he was good. Chupi said: "We can make a band together! Then we can play together all the time!" Elekid thought it was a good idea. Chupi said: "What's your name?" "Electro", he answered. "Then we're... "The Electric Rocking Band"!" Chupi said. "Yes... The Electric Rocking Band!"
Anything Else: Chupi can play nearly any instrument like he had played it for years.
